She brings solid management, underwriting and marketing experience and has worked with both wholesale and retail agencies. In her spare time, Karla enjoys travel, reading and family time. She and her husband, Joe, live in Phoenix and have three sons.

Pepper Sleight Vice President  602-953-5380 Pepper has been in the insurance business since 1995, working with both standard and surplus lines business. In addition to a strong underwriting background, she comes to us with exemplary technology and customer service skills. Pepper and her family enjoy camping and other outdoor activities. She and her husband, Steve, live in Surprise and have a daughter and a son.
